Our online or face-to-face Resilience Coaching is designed for adults who are facing a period of transition, struggling with a problem, lacking motivation, or facing a range of challenges in a personal or work situation.
Our strengths-based, solution focused sessions concentrate on helping you move towards the future that you want and understand what can be done differently by using your existing skills, strategies and ideas - rather than focusing on the problem. This refreshing approach treats you as the expert on your own life. We ask questions to help the you begin moving towards the future you want and help you make positive changes in your life. Rather than tell you what to do, to solve your problems or difficulties, we enable you to have the best chance of resolving your own issue, increasing the likelihood that the changes made will be maintained.
Our coaching can also be run alongside our Personal Resilience workshops.
We recommend an initial 1 hour session, followed by one or more 30 minute sessions as required.
