"The Resilience Report is like a Fitbit. It's not just a validated outcome measure, because it also acts as a process measure, using The Resilience Doughnut to identify the key factors which, when combined together, help you move towards resilience fitness." - Lyn Worsley

The Resilience Report provides a powerful, research-validated online tool for schools and colleges, third sector organisations, workplaces, therapeutic practice and individuals. It enables a snapshot to be taken of specific resilience and wellbeing characteristics of children, adolescents and adults and provides individuals with an action plan to increase their own resilience. - Promoting self-reflection, emotional regulation, meaningful connections and personal competence.

Unlike other resilience and wellbeing measures, the Resilience Report also includes The Resilience Doughnut and, as a result, the process of using the Resilience Report is in itself a therapeutic intervention. Within the Resilience Report, The Resilience Doughnut provides a process measure which identifies the key factors which, when combined together, help individuals move towards resilience. The flow-on effect is a strength based confidence that enables individuals to manage stress, transitions and move towards enhanced resilience to face the challenges of daily life.

When working with children and adolescents or adult clients the Resilience Report also provides avenues for intervention and a validated measure of impact, through resources, competence and adversity measures.

Within the workplace, managers have the opportunity to gain a whole team or organisation overview of  the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression being experienced across their team as well as available strengths. Through the resources, competence and adversity measures managers will have a validated measure of any impact of any interventions. The anonymity of team members is maintained throughout.

There are two distinct versions of the Resilience Report, one for children and adolescents and one for adults. Both versions are available on each Personal Account or Group Manager Account.

When working with children and adolescents or adult clients you can:

  • Enable individuals to take a snapshot of their own resilience and wellbeing characteristics and, through The Resilience Doughnut, are able to create an action plan to increase their own resilience - Promoting self-reflection, emotional regulation, meaningful connections and personal competence.

  • You can then identify and highlight individual emotional, social, behavioural and attention difficulties being experienced, as well as their available strengths, on an individual, group, class, year group or whole school basis.

  • You can then implement early universal and targeted interventions, including those run internally and those run by external agencies, and track their effectiveness through validated pre and post competence and adversity measures.

Within the workplace, you can:

  • Enable staff to take their own anonymous resilience snapshot.

  • You can then gain a whole team or organisation overview of the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression being experienced as well as, through The Resilience Doughnut, their available strengths.

  • You can then measure of any impact of any universal team interventions, including those run internally and those run by external agencies, through the pre and post competence and adversity measures whilst protecting the anonymity of team members throughout.
