Home > Resilience for the Workplace > Solution Focused Team Talk
Great communication is at the heart of highly effective teams; building trusting relationships while enabling positive outcomes. This workshop will provide you with the practical tools for more productive meetings and conversations, a better response to challenge and conflict, a more pragmatic approach and openness to change, a better sense of direction, more positive team relationships and collaboration.
“Problem talk creates problems. Solution talk creates solutions.” - Steve de Shazer
This workshop includes practical examples, tasks and exercises that can be used in everyday workplace situations. As a result, you will have the opportunity to: explore your own communication through self-coaching; help individuals become better at communicating through supporting or coaching others; and help your whole team to improve their communication skills. Like all our work at The Resilience Doughnut, solution focused skills are at the heart of this workshop which provide a powerful approach for positive communication and change.
